This Lilac Banarasi Katan Silk saree is constructed with a structured Katan silk base fabric that offers a crisp, defined drape. The body of the saree features a Rangkat-inspired grid pattern in alternating plum and lavender shades, creating a paneled effect across the fabric. The grid compartments enclose gold zari woven floral, traditional, and Mughal ornamental buta (motifs) distributed throughout. The design is framed by a border and pallu, both finished with a dense gold zari woven brocade pattern. The saree is accompanied by a matching unstitched Katan silk blouse piece.
