CASH ON DELIVERY

Through our COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option, you can order anything you like and pay cash only when your order is delivered to you.

Availability of COD

• COD is only available for customers in India.
• At present, COD facility is available at select locations only. To check if COD facility is available in your location please call our customer service or check on checkout page.
• COD facility is available for all the products offered for sale.

COD Verification

• As per our policy, we can process your COD order if it is verified within 2 days from the date the order is placed.
• To verify your COD order, you will receive a verification call from us asking you to verify your order and address.
• We will make two attempts to verify your COD order by calling you and/or via email. If we’re unable to get through, we will wait for a verification of order from you in the next 2 working days. Failure to do so, will automatically cancel your COD order.
• Make sure the telephone number and email ID you provide for your COD order are correct. Keep the COD amount ready on the day of delivery. The delivery executive will not be able to wait for the same.
